BACK GROUND: Ram computer youth project (RCYP) it was started in 2007 by Semambo Yusuf and Ssembajja Sulaiman, in 2008 it was registered in Kampala City Council as a Community Base Organization Reg No. CEN/345/CEN/ 225, with 15 Board Members, Ram  extending social services to disadvantaged youth such as  school drop out , orphans, street children, women and the youth who never went to school. Whose members have been rapidly growing as result of un-employment? The project has over two hundred members in Kampala central division, Kampala District –Uganda and are still increasing day by day.
