The project is a necessity in that it is addressing the use of science & technology, rehabilitation and behavioral change from the very grass roots i.e. from where women, teacher, students converge in communities. The project is further justifiable because it tackles morals as  key to ones behaviors and to the society as well, hence it will definitely reduce criminal activities for the benefit of both criminals (video goers) the society, Uganda police and other stakeholders. Basing on the above, it is justifiable to forward this project proposal for attention and consideration.
