The project is intended to benefit all categories of people, students, women, teachers, business community, local leaders, development projects, researcher and institutions especially those who usually go to internet cafes, young children, police, NGOs, CBO and government as a whole, this is due to the fact that science & technology will be taught to the people in the community policy and their attitude will change. The instructor will handle community policing from the grass roots. This will be achieved by the use of all teaching items e.g. DVDS, VCDS that entertaining, striking the message to the targeted audience. The use of police officers and other experts in training and dissemination will be of great importance to the Uganda government and other security organs. Hence the use of experienced personnel in the production of DVDS, VCDS and plays.
